Mays, 48, of Lebanon has been charged with first-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing Nina Devonne Hunt, 42, of Raywick on April 5.</p> <p class="MsoPlainText"> He was originally charged with first-degree assault. But, after Hunt died of her injuries on April 7, his charges were amended from assault to murder in Marion Circuit Court last week.</p> <p class="MsoPlainText"> The case has been sent to the grand jury, and he&rsquo;s being held at the Marion County Detention Center on $100 million bond.</p>
